Little People, Big World alum Tori Roloff said that she and husband Zach Roloff have no desire to purchase Roloff Farms even though it may soon be back on the market.
The mom of three — who shares kids Jackson, 8, Lilah, 6, and Josiah, 3, with Zach — revealed their thoughts on swooping up the property during a candid Q&A posted via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, March 4.
As for whether they would be throwing their hat into the ring, “Definitely not,” Tori, 34, wrote. “But it has been nice being able to visit again.”
Fans were curious why Tori and Zach, 35, wouldn’t be interested, to which she replied, “Because this is our backyard and we are very content with our little slice of heaven.” (The couple reside in Battle Ground, Washington, after leaving behind their digs in Portland, Oregon, in 2021).
The land has become a contentious subject for the Roloff brood decades after Matt, 64, and his ex-wife, Amy Roloff, made the investment during their 27-year marriage. When the pair called it quits in 2015, they agreed to a buyout and Amy, 63, sold her half of the property to Matt.
Matt initially said that he hoped to keep the property in the family. “Keeping that dream alive at this point in time was just not meant to be. Unfortunately, Roloff Farm cannot be legally divided into multiple parcels,” Matt shared in an update via Instagram in 2022, alleging, “My twin boys [Zach and Jeremy] decided not to consider working together toward a possible joint sale.”

Zach, however, denied his father’s claims, saying it was “extremely misguided and false.”
Matt recently told his kids that he was going to list Roloff Farms for sale again, according to an update from Jeremy’s wife, Audrey Roloff. (Matt and Amy share twins Zach and Jeremy, both 35, son Jacob, 29, and daughter Molly, 32.)
“It has been on and off the market over the last six years since we tried to buy it in 2020,” she shared in a Sunday, March 1, Instagram post.
Jeremy and Audrey, 34, also gave up on the idea of owning the property until they had a change of heart. “Obviously, a lot of healing and moving on has happened since then,” Audrey shared on March 1. “We have been busy building our own dream on the property we bought a couple years after the farm fell through, but after having [our son] Bode’s birthday in the barn last month, we sort of had this ‘what if’ moment.”
As of now, Matt still lives on the property alongside son Jacob and his family.
“Seeing the farm with new eyes and in a completely different season of life gave us pause,” she admitted. “If we wanted to sell our house and buy the farm now, we could. It feels like God is giving us the opportunity to choose it again if we want. We do feel conflicted.”
