90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi is officially a single man after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Angela Deem.
Us Weekly confirmed that Ilesanmi, 36, and Deem, 60, reached their settlement agreement on Tuesday, March 10.
“Differences have arisen between the parties in the marital relationship, and because of such differences, the parties are now living in a bona fide state of separation, and an action for divorce has been filed in the Superior Court of Jeff Davis County,” read court documents obtained by Us.
The exes agreed that Deem and Ilesanmi would “retain sole possession and use of any and all vehicles which are presently titled” in their respective names, as well as any costs associated with the vehicles. They also agreed that they would each be responsible for their own debts.
Deem and Ilesanmi both waived their rights to alimony and agreed to be responsible for their own attorney fees.
Additionally, Deem and Ilesanmi will not “knowingly make or cause to be made any false statement of fact about the other Party to a third party, or issue any public statement, with the intent and purpose of materially harming the reputation of the other Party.”
Ilesanmi celebrated the divorce in a post shared via Instagram on Tuesday.
“Finally official — divorced,” he wrote in the caption. “Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way. I appreciate you all. ???? New chapter begins.”
The reality star also shared a video in which he wore a beige suit and stood outside a courthouse, triumphantly holding his divorce paperwork in the air.

“Single life, here I come!” he said after thanking fans for their support.
Fans and friends flocked to the comments section with their congratulations.
“You deserve all the best moving forward. So happy for you!” one user wrote. Another fan added, “Congratulations Mykol ???? Finally free ???????????????????????? onto bigger and better things ????????????????????????.”
Ilesanmi and Deem rose to fame on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2 in 2018, followed by season 3 in 2019. They also appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 7, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After seasons 5 through 8 and 90 Day: The Last Resort season 1.
The pair met in 2017 when Ilesanmi messaged Deem via social media. Deem, who is from Georgia, later flew to Nigeria to meet Ilesanmi for the first time, as seen during their Before the 90 Days debut. Though her family was skeptical of their 20-year age gap, Deem was determined to give the romance a chance.
Deem and Ilesanmi got engaged during her trip to Nigeria and later tied the knot in 2020, despite struggling with communication and trust issues.
After several years of trouble with obtaining his visa, Ilesanmi moved to America to live with Deem in December 2023. Just two months later, however, Ilesanmi was reported missing and found safe a few days later.
Deem filed for an annulment of their marriage in June 2024, accusing her now-ex of “fraudulently” marrying her. Ilesanmi denied the allegations and filed a countersuit, claiming that he felt unsafe with Deem.
“The reason why I left Angie’s house is because — it’s very very sad — I wasn’t treated like I’m her husband,” he told Entertainment Tonight in 2024. “I was treated like I’m just a nobody. Every day we fight. … I thought when I got here, things would be better for us. But I was wrong, you know? Things got worse when I got here.”
