Fitness influencer Sarah Green is mourning the death of her daughter, Honor, at age 23.
“My beautiful daughter, Honor. Forever my baby,” Green wrote via Instagram in February. “Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain. As her family and her closest friends, we are holding each other close and leaning on our faith to navigate each day.”
She continued, “Please respect our privacy at this unbearable time and for those who wish to help … pray for us.”
No cause of death has been shared publicly. Several influencers shared their support for Green, who has more than 92,000 Instagram followers, in the comments section of her post.
“My heart is absolutely broken for you all ???? no words. Sending you so much love strength. We love you xxxxxxxx,” Danielle Edney wrote, while Holly Ramejkis added, “I am sending you all so much love and strength. I don’t have the right words to say but I am thinking of you all so much. Love you lots sending you the biggest hugs ❤️❤️.”
Earlier this month, Green shared an update about her daughter’s celebration of life — which will be held on March 18.
“Please honor the day in black glam,” the invitation read via Instagram. “An intimate farewell for those who truly knew and loved her.”
In the caption, Green wrote, “Honor…. to know her, is to love her ♥️. If you love her, we welcome you to join us to celebrate her beautiful 23 years of life ????. Instead of flowers, we would prefer as a family any donations go to @mindcharity ????????#mybaby #forever23 #oursong.”
Days later, Green honored her daughter with a series of pictures through the years. “My baby girl… If only love could have saved you ♥️,” she captioned the Instagram slideshow on Sunday, March 8.
Months before, Green celebrated her daughter’s 23rd birthday by sharing a slideshow of images. She paired the post with Stephen Sanchez’s “Until I Found You.”
“My first born, first baby, first love ♥️,” she captioned the Instagram post in July 2025. “23 Today ????✨???????? More beautiful, clever, funny and loving than you know. I’m so proud of you @honorforrestt. Forever your biggest fan ♾️ Love Mum ♾️ xxxx.”
Honor, for her part, wrote in the comments section, “Our favourite song ???????? … Oh mummy I just do love you so much. ????????♥️thankyou for all you do.????xxxxx.”
