Lo Bosworth Natale is celebrating her new chapter of motherhood with the podcast “Tell Me I’m a Good Mom with Lo Bosworth Natale,” Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
“Motherhood has become this massive cultural conversation — everyone has opinions, everyone has takes,” Bosworth Natale, 39, told Us in a statement. “But very few of those conversations are actually happening amongst moms, in real time, without the filter. That’s what ‘Tell Me I’m a Good Mom’ is. Partnering with Dear Media was an easy decision — they’re intentional about building smart, supportive platforms for women, and that alignment really mattered to me.”
In a trailer for the podcast, Bosworth Natale gushed that she’s “so excited” to be a first-time mom. (The Laguna Beach alum welcomed daughter Nelle with husband Dom Natale in January.)
“Over the last decade, I’ve built wellness products for millions of women at my company, Love Wellness, and yet, nothing has rocked my world quite like having our miracle baby. Like, not even close. And I want to talk about it,” she said. “‘Tell Me I’m a Good Mom’ is my new podcast about becoming a mom in real time. Because being a mom today isn’t just a life change, it is really a public performance. We obsessively document babies but we quietly sideline mothers. We track milestones and the tummy time minutes, but who is tracking the woman and our identity shifts as moms?”
She continued, “Motherhood comes with pressure and opinions and endless advice, but very few honest conversations about how it actually feels to be a mom. So that’s what we are going to talk about.”
Bosworth Natale promised to “react to the mom algorithm, share listeners’ stories and bring in smart voices” — not for “perfect answers, but really just for better conversations.”
“Moms deserve more than parenting advice. Frankly, we deserve a rebrand. We deserve context, language, a place in the culture,” she said. “So, if you’ve ever loved your kid fiercely and still wondered if it’s OK to miss your old life, you’re not broken, you’re becoming. This is ‘Tell Me I’m a Good Mom.’ And honestly, sometimes, we just need to hear it.”
In the debut episode of the Dear Media podcast — which will launch on Wednesday, March 18, Bosworth Natale reflects on her birthing story and early stages of motherhood. The next episode will see Bosworth Natalie speaking with her IVF doctor, Dr. Sheeva Talebian.
“Lo Bosworth Natale has been a pop culture icon for nearly two decades, growing alongside an audience that has evolved with her journey,” said Michael Bosstick, Founder & CEO of Dear Media. “With ‘Tell Me I’m a Good Mom,’ she brings that same authenticity and cultural insight to conversations about parenting, creating a space that is honest, supportive, and deeply resonant for listeners navigating the realities of modern motherhood.”
A description for the podcast notes that “pregnancy and motherhood come with pressure, opinions and plenty of advice, but very few honest conversations about how it actually feels to be a mom.”
“‘Tell Me I’m a Good Mom’ speaks to the pressure to get it right and the fear of being judged when we don’t,” the show description reads. “Through her own transition into motherhood, Lo Bosworth Natale explores the identity shift, expectations, emotional plot twists, and educational hacks that make the journey lighter, all while navigating a culture that performs, posts, and rates motherhood online. This is not about perfect parenting. It is about becoming a mother, for real.”
“Tell Me I’m a Good Mom with Lo Bosworth Natale” hits airwaves on Wednesday, March 18. Episodes will drop weekly and are available anywhere you listen to podcasts.
