On January 8, 2026, — two days after the divorce was finalized — she returned to Instagram with a photo alongside her sister, Antonia Kidman, captioned simply: “Sisters ????.”
The Big Little Lies actress then shared images from an Antarctica trip with daughters Sunday and Faith, writing on Instagram, “Thank you @SilverSea for taking me to my 7th continent! Once in a lifetime adventure with family and friends.”
Earlier, during the divorce proceedings, Kidman shared how she spent her first Thanksgiving since filing for divorce. On November 28, 2025, she posted to her Instagram Story “So thankful xx” alongside a snap of her and a group at what appeared to be a “Turkey Trot” race.
In her first public comments about the divorce, Kidman struck a tone of forward motion and family unity.
“I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good,” Kidman told Variety in March 2026. “What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that. Everything else I don’t discuss out of respect. I’m staying in a place of, ‘We are a family,’ and that’s what we’ll continue to be.”
Despite her divorce being finalized, Kidman has no plans to relocate from Nashville.
