Love Is Blind’s Amber Morrison doesn’t regret allowing her 7-year-old daughter, Emma, to meet her estranged husband, Jordan Faeth.
“I know there’s a lot of controversy about ‘how could you bring a man into your life after he only met your daughter one day,’” Amber, 34, said on the Friday, March 13, episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “I’m going to be honest, that one day that they met, they had an impeccable bond.”
She added, “It was amazing. I could feel it. My daughter doesn’t really get close to that many people, and they just bonded instantly.”
Single mom Amber got engaged to Jordan, 34, sight unseen in the Love Is Blind season 10 pods, which was filmed in February 2025 and aired on Netflix the next year. In the days before Amber and Jordan’s wedding day, he met Amber’s daughter from a previous relationship and her father.
“I am not a person [who] brings multiple men into her life. This is actually the first man she had met in any of my relationships, and he was about to be my husband,” Amber stated on Friday’s podcast episode. “I had never had any worries about that, like, all in all, he is a good guy. … He doesn’t have a dangerous bone in his body.”
Emma was even present at the then-couple’s wedding, serving as a flower girl.
“We had talked before meeting [Jordan about], like, ‘Hey, this may happen, this may not. This is what’s going on.’ She’s very understanding,” Amber said of her daughter. “I honestly wasn’t going to bring her to the wedding just in case it was a no — but she begged me because she’s never been a flower girl.”

Amber ultimately allowed her daughter to attend the ceremony, in which the nurse and Jordan tied the knot.
“[Emma] was actually very excited about the whole process,” Amber said. “She absolutely loved him, she would make him pictures, [and] just got so excited whenever he was about to come up [to visit].”
Jordan announced during the Wednesday, March 11, reunion that he and Amber called it quits after four months and never even moved in together.
“He didn’t even say bye to Emma, and Emma was extremely hurt about it at first,” Amber added to podcast host Nick Viall. “She’s doing well now, like, her and I have had conversations. She has so much love from her father and I. Let me be clear on this: I wasn’t looking for anybody to be this stepdad, like, she has a dad. She has a great dad that she loves. I didn’t need someone to fill that void.”
Jordan, for his part, felt it would be odd to continue speaking with Emma after breaking up with her mom.
“I don’t think it would be fair to, like, reinsert myself [in Emma’s life] nor would I really feel comfortable with doing that,” Jordan exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month. “We did have a great relationship, but I can’t have a relationship with her unless I were to have a healthy relationship with her mother, which wasn’t the case.”
Jordan also claimed to Us that Amber has “drawn out” their divorce by refusing to sign the paperwork, which she said on Friday looked “a little fishy.”
“They wanted my bank account informant and all this on an annulment, and I was, like, ‘Wait a second,’” Amber alleged. “I just want to make sure it’s accurate as well, and I don’t think he understands ‘cause he doesn’t have any [financial assets]. I am just carefully looking over this paperwork just to make sure.”
Love Is Blind is currently streaming on Netflix.
