Former Astronomer Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot has revealed that her estranged husband, Andrew Cabot, also attended the Coldplay concert where she went viral with her then boss, ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, last summer.
“I was walking into the concert, and my daughter messaged me and said, ‘It’s so great that you and Andrew are both at Coldplay,’” Kristin told Oprah Winfrey in an interview on “The Oprah Podcast,” which will air Tuesday, March 17, on YouTube.
“So she let me know that my estranged husband was also at the concert,” Kristin, who has two children from a previous marriage, continued.
Kristin recalled wondering whether or not it would be “weird” if Andrew, who was allegedly at the concert with his own date, saw her there with Byron.
“But then I was like, ‘I’m in Gillette Stadium, there’s 55,000 people here, I’m probably not going to run into him,’” she added.
Kristin said she believes Andrew would not have been fazed to see her at the concert with Byron.
“He [my ex] knows how closely Andy and I worked together, he knows we socialized — like, got lunches and got drinks. It was fine,” she explained. “He knows the nature of my work and … the relationships — I’ve shared desks with the CEOs I’ve worked with. Like, it’s just a very close relationship. And so it didn’t matter.”
Us Weekly reached out to Andrew for comment.
Kristin and Byron became viral sensations in July 2025 when they were spotted on the “kiss cam” at Coldplay’s concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The Jumbotron captured Byron with his arms around Kristin’s waist. When the pair noticed that they were on camera, they swiftly ducked away and hid their faces, leading to speculation that they were having an affair.
Both Kristin and Byron resigned from their respective positions at Astronomer after video footage of the “kiss cam” moment went viral.
Andrew broke his silence on the scandal in September 2025, with his rep telling People that he and Kristin were “privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert.”
“Their decision to divorce was already underway prior to that evening,” the spokeswoman added. “Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they’ve always valued.” (Kristin filed for divorce from Andrew in August 2025.)
Byron, meanwhile, is married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, with whom he shares two children.
In a December 2025 interview with The New York Times, Kristin said she believed Andy was also in the process of splitting from his wife at the time of the concert. Andy was spotted with Megan, both wearing their wedding rings, in October 2025.
In her NYT profile, Kristin admitted that she “acted inappropriately” with her then-boss at the concert.
“I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay,” she said. “I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them.”
