Birthday vibes just got a whole lot sweeter for Machine Gun Kelly.
The rocker, 36, rang in his special day with his baby girl, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, sharing a heartwarming clip from their low-key celebration via Instagram on Wednesday, April 22. “Usually I throw a big birthday party today, but this all I want,” Kelly wrote.
In the clip, Saga was seated on her dad’s lap as he concealed her face with the book they were reading titled, A Day on the Farm. The “Times of My Life” hitmaker’s 12-month-old — shared with ex Megan Fox — was comfy in a pink patterned set with matching velcro shoes while her dad kept it casual in sweatpants and a white tank paired with a backwards baseball cap.
“Saga, what does a cow say?” he asked her in the video, to which she replied, “Moo!”
“What does a chicken say?” MGK questioned next before Saga sweetly imitated the sound, “bawk bawk.” He told her, “Good job, princess.”
“What do you say when you’re leaving the farm?” he then asked and Saga answered, “Bye!”
Rapper Wiz Khalifa sent a birthday message in the comments section while fellow musician Mod Sun also shared a sentimental response, writing, “This is the real birthday party brother. Love u forever n ever.”
MGK’s birthday came weeks after Saga’s first trip around the sun on March 27. In a social media tribute, the proud girl dad included special moments spent between his youngest daughter and her big sister, Casie Baker, 16, whom the musician shares with ex Emma Cannon.
“1 ????❤️????,” MGK wrote via Instagram on April 1, alongside multiple snaps of Saga. The toddler’s face was covered by emojis in each photo.
A source exclusively told Us Weekly that MGK’s decision to post images of Saga didn’t go over well with Fox, 39.
“They had an agreement they wouldn’t share photos of their daughter,” an insider told Us, adding, “MGK has been trying hard to get back together with Megan, but she isn’t interested.”
Fox and MGK were first linked in 2020, getting engaged two years later. The pair’s relationship continued to be on and off, and they briefly reconciled before the Jennifer’s Body star announced in 2024 she was pregnant with their first child together.

The couple split for good before their daughter Saga Blade’s birth in March 2025.
“It truly was an epic story of love, pain and a lot of magic,” MGK said about his relationship with Fox during a September 2025 appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. “I had it with a person who is the greatest partner, the greatest partner to have had a child with.”
He also praised Fox for being a “phenomenal mom.”
