Teddi Mellencamp is navigating a divorce and battling cancer, but would she consider going back in front of the Bravo cameras?
During a recent episode of her “Two Ts In a Pod” podcast, guest and fellow Housewife Dolores Catania asked Teddi, 43, a burning question: “Are you coming back to [The Real Housewives of] Beverly Hills next season?”
Teddi laughed before replying, “I have no idea. No clue.”
Dolores, 54, buttered Teddi up by hinting that “they could use” her on the show, but Teddi continued to play coy. “I plead the fifth,” she teased.
Teddi went on to joke that she doesn’t know what she would even talk about if she returned to the RHOBH cast. “I am just so boring. … Nothing’s going on with me,” she added. “If I’m lucky, more of what’s happening right now can happen to me and then you guys can all see it play out. But truly I have no idea.”

RHOBH fans were introduced to Teddi and her then-husband, Edwin Arroyave, during season 8, which premiered in 2017. She was a main cast member until season 10 ended in 2020 and has continued to make a few guest appearances in the years since. (RHOBH wrapped its 14th season last month.)
While she’s no longer a fixture of the Bravo show, Teddi has kept Us in the loop with the big changes in her life. In 2022, she was diagnosed with melanoma. After years of advocating for regular skin checks and awareness, Teddi announced in February that she had multiple brain tumors and required surgery.
“I had six brain tumors and two lung tumors; they all came from melanoma that metastasized into these tumors inside of my body,” she told Us in an exclusive cover story the following month.
Teddi emphasized at the time that she’s been “planning things I look forward to” while undergoing immunotherapy treatment. She shared a positive update on the Wednesday, May 14, episode of her podcast.
“Last time, they had checked solely my brain, and those tumors are shrinking. And then, today I had the scan, where they checked my lungs and they are shrinking and one of them has shrunk so much you can barely even see it,” she explained, adding that her “body is responding to everything” and that her treatment will continue “every four weeks for the next two years.”
Along with her health battle, Teddi has been working through her divorce from Edwin, with whom she shares daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 5, and son Cruz, 10. News broke in November 2024 that the pair separated after 13 years of marriage, but Edwin has continued to support Teddi throughout her cancer journey.
“We’re just trying to be each other’s friend right now and be the best parents we can be [for] our kids,” Teddi told Us in her cover story, confirming that the legal process of their divorce is on “hold” for now. “I don’t think that either of us are going to rekindle our marriage. … He’s been extremely kind and helping with the kids. That’s made things a lot easier.”
