May Girl Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual girl group members!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 725 girl group members, using big data collected from April 18 to May 18.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie held onto her spot at the top of the list with a brand reputation index of 9,479,200, marking a 42.78 percent increase in her score since April. High-ranking phrases in her keyword analysis included “like JENNIE,” “Met Gala,” and “You Quiz on the Block,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “confident,” “unrivaled,” and “honest.” Jennie’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 90.43 percent positive reactions.
IVE’s Jang Won Young maintained her position at second place with a brand reputation index of 6,210,896, marking a 1.95 percent rise in her score since last month.
BLACKPINK’s Rosé jumped to third place with a brand reputation index of 5,496,021, marking a 13.51 percent increase in her score since April.
Meanwhile, aespa’s Karina took fourth place for May with a brand reputation index of 4,951,586.
Finally, IVE’s An Yu Jin came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,864,346, marking a 4.91 percent rise in her score since April.
