Jeong Eun Ji Grows Uneasy As Lee Jun Young’s Ex Park Hae In Reenters His Life In “Pump Up The Healthy Love”
“Pump Up the Healthy Love” has unveiled intriguing new stills ahead of tonight’s episode!
“Pump Up the Healthy Love” is a romantic comedy starring Lee Jun Young as passionate gym owner Do Hyeon Joong, a former bodybuilding champion who drastically changes the lives of his gym members. Apink’s Jeong Eun Ji plays Lee Mi Ran, an assistant manager at a travel agency who joins his gym to get over a recent breakup.
SpoilersPreviously, Hyeon Joong had helped Mi Ran overcome her workout slump and the two seemed to be regaining their peace. But just as things were settling down, Kang Sol (Park Hae In)—Hyeon Joong’s ex-girlfriend—suddenly shows up at the gym, setting the stage for a new wave of drama.
The newly released stills capture Hyeon Joong and Kang Sol in a private conversation at the gym. While everyone else welcomes Sol as a new member, Hyeon Joong’s furrowed brow reveals his discomfort with her return. Even during training sessions, he can’t take his eyes off her, his complex expression hinting at unresolved emotions.
Kang Sol, on the other hand, meets her ex with a relaxed smile, keeping her true motives for visiting the gym under wraps. As a bestselling author and influencer with a million followers, her presence alone turns Hyeon Joong’s world upside down. Why has she chosen to return to a shabby, semi-basement gym run by her ex?
Meanwhile, Mi Ran finds herself flustered by her growing feelings for Hyeon Joong. Seeing him and Kang Sol interact closely starts to bother her. In an effort to clarify her own heart, Mi Ran makes a bold move—one that leads to a surprise blind date with a new man (Moon Sang Hoon), adding another twist to the tangled romance. How did she end up on a blind date, and where will this decision lead her?
