Artem Chigvintsev has found his new abode after settling his divorce from Nikki Garcia.
Us Weekly can confirm that Chigvintsev, 42, recently purchased a new home in Napa, California for $915,000. The 2,395-square-foot property has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and has views of the nearby mountains.
Chigvintsev remains in the same town where he and Garcia, 41, resided as a married couple with their 4-year-old son, Matteo. Chigvintsev’s new residence is reportedly just a few miles away. The Daily Mail was first to report.
A rep for Chigvintsev did not confirm or deny the purchase, but told Us in a statement that the Dancing With the Stars alum is continuing to prioritize his son.
When asked about the purchase, a rep for Chigvintsev told Us, “Mr. Chigvintsev’s sole focus and highest priority remains the well-being of his son. With that in mind, he will not be providing any further comments regarding this personal matter and respectfully requests continued privacy for both himself and his son moving forward.”
News of Chigvintsev’s recent purchase comes nearly two weeks after details of the dancer’s divorce settlement from Garcia were released. (Us previously confirmed that the pair settled their divorce out of court in November 2024.)
Garcia agreed to pay Chigvintsev a monthly sum of $3,500 in child support for the care of Matteo, per TMZ. Gracia was also ordered to pay a lump sum of $200,000. Half of the total will be paid out now with the other half set to be paid before the end of the year.

The settlement also stated that Garcia and Chigvintsev will split holidays with their son. No additional details about the pair’s custody arrangement were revealed.
Garcia and Chigvintsev filed for divorce in August 2024 after an alleged physical altercation that took place in Napa. Us confirmed at the time that Chigvintsev was arrested for domestic battery and booked on a felony domestic violence charge. He was released on bail that same day. (Both Garica and Chigvintsev filed for restraining orders against each other amid the drama, but they have both been dropped.)
The following month, a judge declined to charge Chigvintsev.
After details of Garcia and Chigvintsev’s settlement made headlines, the Total Bellas alum publicly addressed the matter.
“Divorce has to deal with the paper, the contract you signed during marriage. The day of marriage, at the court before marriage, whatever,” she said during a May episode of “The Nikki & Brie Show” podcast. “So, our settlement is what everyone saw. Yes, I had to give him $200,000. Spousal support, alimony.”
Nikki’s sister, Brie Garcia, quipped, “That’s what happens when you’re the breadwinner.” Nikki, for her part, claimed that she “got a steal” with their settlement.
“Our judge — we did private mediation — said at the end of it, ‘This is the first time in all the years I’ve done this, where a woman had to pay a man.’ The judge said, ‘You should be so damn proud that you built such an empire that someone wants a piece of it,’” Nikki recalled, noting that she promised the judge to make any man in the future sign a prenup before getting married. “It was nice to hear that … even though it hurts because I broke my neck for that money … That money, all that is my hard-earned money.”
