Brandi Glanville isn’t afraid to bare it all.
Glanville, 52, took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 28, to share a risqué pic while posing with her friend James Maas and promoting her favorite wine from Usual Wines.
In the snap, she went completely topless while Mass held her breasts from behind her. She teamed the naked look with a towel wrapped around her hips, a heart-shaped necklace and a delicate bracelet. In her other hand, Glanville held a glass of wine as she beamed for the camera.
For glam, she went makeup-free and wore her blonde hair down, still wet from showering.
“Sometimes you need a helping hand from a friend!” Glanville captioned the post. “That’s why I picked up my @usualwines – go get some and use my link ???????????? ????.”

This isn’t the only sexy look Glanville has shared as of late. In April, she posted a bikini pic with OnlyFans model Alexis Texas only days after being rushed to the hospital amid her facial disfigurement.
While soaking up the sun, she rocked a hot pink bikini featuring leopard triangle bikini cups. She teamed the top with string bottoms finished with a thong back.
Days before her tanning time, Glanville shared via social media that she had to call 911 due to issues with her mysterious facial disfigurement.
“My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning. I could not get out of my bed. I called 911 [and] had a lovely trip in the ambulance,” she wrote via X. “Now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star first opened up about her health in July 2024. She shared that she believed she had contracted a possible parasite and had spent over $113,000 trying to treat the issue. She later sold some of her designer clothes that were seen on the Bravo series to raise money for her disfigurement.
