Jenn Tran keeps it real.
Tran, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 28, to open up about experiencing hair loss. “Always transparent with you guys!!!”” the former Bachelorette captioned a pic of herself sitting inside a doctor’s office. “I’ve been noticing my hair has been thinning in the front and I wanted to try and stimulate more hair growth there.”
Tran continued, sharing she learned about PRP injections, which are a treatment that takes a patient’s blood and processes it to concentrate platelets. The blood is then injected into the desired area to promote healing and generate cell growth and regeneration. “I’ve learned a lot about PRP injections in school and I’ve read up on the clinical trials,” Tran wrote. “Will keep you updated on how I feel about it!!”
Even while in a doctor’s office, Tran still looked stylish. For her appointment, she wore a nude mock-neck zip-up and matching pants featuring a white lining.
The Dancing With the Stars season 33 contestant accessorized with delicate gold bracelets, a black purse finished with a gold chain and a chocolate brown manicure. She wore her brunette hair pulled back in a half-up coif.
Elsewhere on social media, Tran shared a video of herself laying back in the doctor’s chair and getting injected.

“Was so happy I trusted @look_by_leah!!” she wrote. “I love my PAs ❤️.”
Tran has been open about all the work she’s gotten done in the past. In June 2024, she revealed that she got lip filler for the first time via TikTok.

“I’ve always wanted to get a little bit of lip filler, I’ve just never had the chance to,” she said in the social media clip. “For me, I just really wanted to enhance the natural beauty in my face that I already have. I don’t want to look super done up.”
She continued, noting her pout was still a bit swollen, “I’m really loving how they look so far. They will go down. They do hurt a little bit.”
At the time, Tran also admitted that she glues false lash extensions every week to enhance her own. “It’s always really important to be transparent,” she explained.
The TV personality also exclusively told Us Weekly in January that she’s experimented with a touch of Botox here and there to “even” out her eyebrows and zone in on face symmetry.
