Kylie Jenner revealed exactly how to get her wavy hair that she’s been rocking as of late — including a recent New York Knicks game with Timothée Chalamet.
Jenner, 27, shared her famous blowout routine with the help of her hairstylist, Cherilyn Farris, via TikTok on Wednesday, June 4. “Right now we’re just blowing out my hair and we’re gonna put some clip-in [extensions] in,” Jenner said as Farris used a round brush on her tresses.
The hairstylist then explained that she was using an inch and the half curling iron, and was spinning Jenner’s hair towards her face. “I’m doing a really classic curl where it’s all curled under,” she explained.
Farris then switched to a bigger barrel as she worked on the back section of Jenner’s head, noting it was an inch and a quarter. “I’m switching the type of curl I’m doing and the direction,” she instructed.
Instead of the classic curl, Farris started working her wand from Jenner’s roots to her end with the help of the iron’s clamp. “The biggest secret with this is doing a bunch of direct types [of curls] so nothing lays together uniformly,” she noted.
Farris then grabbed another section of Jenner’s hair and wrapped her mane around the wand to her ends, “because we like that flippy classic blowout look.”
When she got to Jenner’s roots, she started twisting the curler away from her face to create even more movement and dimension.
“I’m going into the front with a flat iron,” Farris explained, holding the tool up to the camera. “I like the control with this.” She twisted Jenner’s locks around the iron to create a voluminous, soft wave.
“So basically it’s the most complicated tutorial ever,” Jenner joked, as she started combing out the curls with her fingers.
“That is the hair!” Jenner beamed before ending the video.
Fans praised Jenner for sharing her go-to look in the comments section, writing, “Sis dropping all her secrets this week.” Another follower added, “I’m obsessed with transparent Kylie, it’s giving bestie,” while a third called her “a girl’s girl.”
Jenner’s hair tutorial comes days after she opened up about exactly what she asked for while getting her breast augmentation at age 19.
After a fan asked her via TikTok to share details of her “perfect” chest, Jenner responded in the comments, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!” She even shared the doctor behind her procedure, Garth Fisher.
Jenner first admitted she got a boob job during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, where she confessed, she had “beautiful breasts” that were the “perfect size” before going under the knife. She also shared that she wished she “never got them done to begin with.”
