“BOYS II PLANET” Announces Expert Trainer + Special Idol Master Lineup
Mnet’s upcoming boy group survival show “BOYS II PLANET” has released its master lineup!
“BOYS II PLANET” is a global K-pop project where fans from around the world help produce and launch a top-tier boy group. The show aims to create the ultimate K-pop boy group by highlighting the unique personalities and stories of contestants from around the world.
This season, the show has selected 10 expert trainers to guide the trainees in their growth and development. While the previous season featured expert masters and planet masters, “BOYS II PLANET” expands its universe by adding special idol masters, creating a broader and more dynamic training environment.
The expert masters will serve as the core trainers throughout the show, helping participants improve their skills and evolve as performers. The master lineup for “BOYS II PLANET K” includes singer Lee Seok Hoon as vocal master along with choreographers Kinky and Kany as dance masters. The lineup for “BOYS II PLANET C” features Kim Jae Joong, Kep1er’s Xiaoting, and choreographer Jrick.
Vocal masters Lim Han Byul and Hyolyn, dance master Baek Gu Young, and rap master JUSTHIS will serve as masters for both “K” and “C” groups, bringing fairness and objectivity to training and evaluations.
In addition, ZEROBASEONE members Sung Han Bin and Zhang Hao, who debuted through the first season of “BOYS PLANET,” will join as special idol masters.
“BOYS II PLANET K” will premiere on July 17, and “BOYS II PLANET C” will premiere on July 18.
