Beyoncé showed a bit more than she anticipated on the Cowboy Carter Tour.
Beyoncé, 43, suffered a wardrobe malfunction while performing in London during her Cowboy Carter Tour on Thursday, June 5. While singing her hit “I’m That Girl,” the singer’s pants could be seen coming undone and falling to the ground, according to a viral social media post. In true pop star style, Beyoncé didn’t let the fashion faux pas stop her from hitting all her notes.
As the show went on, because it must, the singer slowly crouched down on the stage and tried to pick her pants back up. The lights then dimmed as she shook her hips and danced while a dancer helped secure her trousers back in place. The crowd cheered her in support of her staying professional.
Even more BeyHive members praised Beyoncé — and her team — in the comments section, writing, “The dancers are AMAZING and professional, they all deserve to be known.”
A second social media user added, “The pants did their own choreography matched with the beat,” while a third joked that they hope the incident “makes it into the documentary.” (Beyoncé has not confirmed if she’s making a documentary, but she did make a concert movie following her Renaissance World Tour, named Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé. Renaissance and Cowboy Carter are the first two acts of Beyoncé’s “three-part project.” She has not yet announced what the third act will be.)

This isn’t the first time Beyoncé has suffered a wardrobe malfunction while performing. In June 2023, she took the stage in Hamburg, Germany, as part of her Renaissance World Tour, but one of her straps came loose and was moments away from revealing her bust.
Her dancers again rushed into action and stood in front of her, blocking the crowd’s view as she adjusted her top.
