OG Summer House star Carl Radke revealed his fate for season 10 after major cast shakeups continue to unfold.
“I look forward to spending the summer in the Hamptons with my friends,” Carl, 40, told Us Weekly in a statement on Friday, June 6. “I will very much be a part of season 10!”
Carl’s official announcement came after a fake goodbye claiming to be written by him circulated on Facebook on Friday.
The fake message, reposted by fan account Bravoandcocktails, read in part: “After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided not to return to Summer House for the upcoming season. This show has been a huge part of my life for the past nine years, and I am incredibly grateful for the experiences, the growth, and the relationships it’s brought into my world. Sharing my life so publicly hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned a lot about myself — and I hope I’ve helped others along the way too.”
Carl, however, confirmed to Us on Friday that the post wasn’t real and he will be back for the show’s milestone season.
Carl has been part of Summer House since season 1 alongside his best friend Kyle Cooke and ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard, both of whom have hinted at a comeback for season 10.

Throughout his time on the Bravo series, Carl has romanced several castmates including Lauren Wirkus during season 1. He had an instant connection with Paige DeSorbo when she joined the cast during season 3, but their whirlwind flirtation didn’t last long.
Carl attempted to date Lindsay, 38, during season 4 after being close friends with her for years, but it was short-lived. The pair gave their relationship a second shot in fall 2021 after getting cozy at Kyle and Amanda Batula’s September 2021 wedding. (Amanda officially joined the show during season 2 after making cameos in the first season.)
Carl proposed to Lindsay in August 2022, which was captured by the Summer House cameras, but they never made it down the aisle. Carl called off their engagement in August 2023, just months before they were set to say, “I do.”
Season 9, which filmed during summer 2024, captured the exes’ first summer back in the Hamptons together since their breakup. Lindsay was also pregnant all season, which helped Carl get “closure.” (Lindsay welcomed her daughter, Gemma, in December 2024 with then-boyfriend Turner Kufe.)
After getting their awkward reunion out of the way during season 9, episode 2, Carl sparked a brief romance with a woman named Lil and also told housemate Ciara Miller he had a “crush” on her. But, ultimately, he left the summer single.
“This past summer, I was just enjoying her friendship and having fun. Of course, she’s beautiful, you know that,” Carl exclusively told Us Weekly in April of his connection with Ciara, 29. “I couldn’t help myself but express [that] in a fun way.”
Carl noted it was a little “cringey” to tell her that during a themed party, but he doesn’t regret it. “I had to let her know. I was just like, ‘I think you’re awesome. I really appreciate you. I do have a crush,’” he recalled. “I knew she was going to be like, ‘OK.’”
While fans have grown fond of the core Summer House cast, season 10 is shaping up to be a very different show. Paige, 32, announced on Thursday, June 5, that she is exiting the series after seven years, shocking some fans.
“You’ve seen me grow up over these last seven summers,” she wrote via social media. “I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”
Season 9 newbie Lexi Wood also confirmed her departure, sharing via Instagram on Friday that while it “wasn’t the summer [she] signed up for” it “taught” her a lot. (Lexi, 27, and Jesse Solomon had a messy summer romance, which ended with a thud.)
Lindsay, meanwhile, revealed that she will be back for season 10 in some capacity after becoming a mother last year. “I’ll be out there. I don’t know if I’ll be living at the house every weekend,” she said during the Summer House reunion on Wednesday, June 4. “I have a small baby at home.”
