June Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from May 8 to June 8.
“Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) held onto its spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 5,450,737. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Kian84,” “Yook Sungjae,” and “NCT’s Doyoung,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “honest,” “unembellished,” and “volunteer.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.97 percent positive reactions.
“Running Man” maintained its position at second place with a brand reputation index of 4,586,561, marking a 7.33 percent rise in its score since May.
“My Little Old Boy” took third place for June with a brand reputation index of 4,253,709, marking an 11.96 percent increase in its score since last month.
“Knowing Bros” (“Ask Us Anything”) ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,383,003, marking a 4.70 percent rise in its score since May.
Finally, “How Do You Play?” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,139,063.
