Jared Leto has a list of upcoming projects in the works amid his sexual assault allegations.
The actor was accused of inappropriate behavior by nine women in a story for Air Mail, which was published on June 7.
In the article, some of Leto’s accusers claimed they were underage when he allegedly engaged in “predatory, terrifying” behavior toward them. In a statement to Air Mail, Leto’s team “expressly” denied all allegations. (Us Weekly also reached out for comment at the time.)
One woman claimed Leto approached her outside of a cafe when she was 16.
“I looked down and it was Jared Leto,” the woman told Air Mail. “We had a quick conversation, and he got my number.”
She claimed that he called her house days later. “I don’t know if he was on drugs or what … It was the weirdest, grossest voice … [But] for me, it’s Jared, you know?” she alleged.
A representative for Leto told Air Mail that the actor “has not had a drink or used drugs in over 35 years.”
The woman alleged Leto invited her to a party, but she declined. She claimed he continued to call her house despite declining the invitation.
“And the conversations turned sexual,” she claimed. “He’d ask things like, ‘Have you ever had a boyfriend? Have you ever sucked a d***?’”
“He changed — his voice, the way he talked. It scared me. That was the first time I thought, ‘Oh, my God, that’s not just in movies,’” she claimed.
Despite the controversy, Leto remains booked and busy. Scroll below for a look at Leto’s upcoming projects:
