Maitland Ward revealed how much she made per episode on Boy Meets World — and how it compares to her income from adult films and OnlyFans.
“On Boy Meets World, I think I made $20,000 or $25,000 an episode,” Ward, 49, revealed during a new episode of Hollywood Demons, which airs on Investigation Discovery on Monday, April 27.
Ward recalled being worried that a show “could fire” her at any moment. “You don’t have all the guarantees out there,” she added. “In porn or OnlyFans, I can get six figures a month.”
She continued: “There is also my adult film sales and I am creating this brand. I can make it go for as long as I want it to go.”
In separate confessionals, several adult film stars pointed out that Ward was the exception because of her success as a child star. Hollywood Demons, now in its second season, is focused on child stars who “struggle with the constant pressure of fame and the dangers it can bring to people exposed at such a young age.”
“From experiencing onset perversion, suicidal thoughts and Hollywood exile, some young actors are led to make a life-altering career change after they step out of the spotlight — adult entertainment,” the official description for the episode reads. “Former child actors from across the industry including Dan Benson (Wizards of Waverly Place), Maitland Ward (Boy Meets World) and Scott Schwartz (The Toy & A Christmas Story) open up as the episode unpacks the career pivot these stars, and others, have pursued.”
Ward, for her part, played Rachel McGuire on Boy Meets World from 1998 to 2000. She also appeared in The Bold and the Beautiful from 1994 to 1996.
After making the move to adult films, Ward opened up about feeling more fulfilled.

“I really think people treat me with more respect now, honestly, especially even in Hollywood right now,” she told Fox News Digital in March 2025. “I’m pitching my memoir into a TV format and talking with people. They’re so respectful, and they’re so positive about my story, especially younger people and different people that I speak to in Hollywood and stuff.”
She continued: “I really feel like I have a lot of positivity around it.” Ward added, “I’m able to create my own brand, my own content, the way I want to create it. I didn’t get anybody coming out hating me for it or anything. Everybody thought people were just going to rip me apart, and I was going to be judged and raked across the coals, but I got so much positivity.”
